Horrific non-existent customer service. The base holes did not line up properly. The thread stripped in the base or it was already stripped (could have been a returned damaged product) and I have spent hours getting the run around. I simply need half a base without a stripped thread. Please note this is a foreign company with customer service located outside the US. You get e-mails late at night stating they will help but never do - extremely frustrating. I would avoid this company!

Very nice umbrella, I used it by my pool and all the guests enjoyed lounging underneath.

Our restaurant is built on the beach and this umbrella is perfect, it takes up little space and covers a lot of area, in addition to the other products we bought from grandpatio, their customer service manager contacted us to say that because of the large amount of money we bought they gave me an extra portion of the discount, which is just a great deal! I would give it full marks!

I have a house for rent on Airbnb and have been wanting to add some outdoor living elements to the front yard, and I think this large umbrella solves that problem nicely, a very nice umbrella.
